These grapes are grown in the Helderberg area on decomposed granite soils where they benefit from the cooling breezes of the ocean, which moderate the hot climate. The fruit for this Chenin Blanc was picked at different levels of ripeness, to build good acidity, fruit and depth. This is a lively and beautifully balanced dry Chenin Blanc. Aromas of green apples and white peach lead into the juicy, structured palate. There is a great persistence of stone fruit flavors and a crisp freshness that lingers on the palate.
