The Girardin family has been in Burgundy since 1570. Justin is the 13th generation as head of the 17 hectare family estate, from Santenay to Savigny-les-Beaune. Well aware of the exceptional character of the terroir, he puts his heart and soul into the wines year after year. Only natural yeasts are used to inncoulate fermentation, maintaining the character and personality of each wine. Brilliant color at first site, with a pleasant nose that features soft orchard fruit and a hint of minerality. Round and balanced, with the signature structure and texture you expect from White Burgundy.
