Biodynamically grown young estate-grafted vines of Xarello Vermell with 54-year-old vines of regular white Xarello at an elevation of 400m. Hand harvested, destemmed, with spontaneous fermentation on the skins in cement vats. Aging continues in the same cement vat together with the fine lees until summer 2020, before bottling without fining, filtering or SO2. A little hazy in the glass, not too fruity, super light bodied, and a tad wild on the palate.
