Juicy, sleek, aromatic and lively DRY Riesling, grown along the Rhinefront in soils of red slate and clay. The fruit is harvested in early September to capture perfect acidity with total ripeness. Yellow fruits and vivid, convincing minerality spring easily from this wine. This is the first release of the Hasselbach line of Rieslings, the “middle tier” from the Gunderloch estate.
