La Rina is a pure 100% Slarina, an ancient Piedmontese grape that has almost entirely disappeared today. The vinification took place in steel with the use of only indigenous yeasts and with maceration on the skins for 70 days. The refinement was carried out for about 6 months in cement tanks.
