From another of Australia's young gun stars, Gary Mills, this wine is not labeled as Shiraz to denote the style difference between South Australia's richer versions of the grape. Hints of smoke, black olive and plum notes lead into a medium to full-bodied palate in the 2016 Harem La Syrah. It's a blend of grapes from Goulburn and Yarra, resulting in a savory, creamy mid-palate and a long, silky finish.
