The Pinot Noir is sourced from the 1er Cru village of Vertus where the family was originally based in the 1800s. It is made into a still wine that is blended into the Chardonnay after fermentation is complete. Delicate rose color with aromas expressing red floral spice and raspberry fruits. The chalky minerality shines through the Chardonnay, creating complex bread notes and crushed-rock sensations. Very fresh with fine effervescence and drinkability.
