Florian Fauth is the winemaker here, and he just so happens to be the brother-in-law of Klaus Peter Keller, one of the pioneers who helped make the Rheinhessen one of the superstar regions of Germany. It is a delicate art to bring out the right amounts of sweetness and acidity, and Fauth is able to do it, while crafting wines that are harmonious and vibrant. Mouthwatering acidity, citrusy aromatics, and flavors of granny smith apples will make you appreciate a wine that is sweet in the right way. This is an impressive wine that shows incredible value.
