Each of the Une Femme wines is made in partnership with women in the wine world who we love. The Juliette is handcrafted by the wife-and-husband team of Julie Médeville and Xavier of Gonet-Médeville Champagnes. This grower-producer Champagne is made from hand-harvested, organically grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil, Ambonnay & Bisseuil. This almost tastes like a sparkling Chablis - floral and slightly herbaceous with sleek minerality and pearly carbonation.
