After inheriting a small parcel of vines in Fontenay-pres-Chablis, Vincent Mothe found his passion for simple farming and sustainable viticulture. Now headed by Vincent’s son Guy, Mothe’s 30 hectares are used to create clean and mineral-driven wines marked by bright acidity and zesty texture. This steel-aged Chablis shows crisp flavors of green apple, orange skin, chalk, and lime, marked by razor-sharp acidity and a clean finish.
