Sourced from one of the greatest Riesling vineyards in California, this is a wine that you could happily take to the Mosel to stand up next to famed German Rieslings. It's super dry, with notes of green apple and an intensely zippy minerality, and there are all sorts of white flowers on the nose. A wine to make Californians proud of their Riesling production.
